If you want to find out the answers to these and other questions, join a Monmouthshire Discovery Tour and be taken to some of the lesser known corners of this beautiful county. The tours, which are both entertaining and informative, are led by a 'Blue Badge Guide' - a Wales Official Tourist Guide - in a luxury fourteen seat minibus complete with PA system. If you're interested in discovering Monmouthshire's hidden secrets, whether you're a local or a visitor, these tours are for you.

The programme for Spring/Summer 2006 begins on Saturday 13 May, and includes a variety of fascinating tours, including new tours such as 'The Picturesque Wye Tour' and popular tours from previous programmes such as 'Hidden churches and their secrets'.

Bookings for all tours are taken at Abergavenny Tourist Information Centre, in person, or by phone 01873 857588. (Payment can be made with a credit or debit card). Tours on the current programme range between 3 and 4 hours in length and cost from £7 per person plus entrance fees. Please note that advance booking is essential.
